This is baby #2 on the left, and baby #1 on the right. Baby #2 has a bruise on her beak...as she flew into the kitchen counter and bruised her beak. The bruise does not bother her and will be better in a couple weeks.

This is baby #1 weighing in at 166 grams. Like most caiques she and her sister and brother are being quite finicky about weaning. They are 10-11 weeks old now and still demanding 3 feedings a day. Their weights have held steady for the past two weeks.

This is baby #3, the only male in the clutch. He weighs 168 grams. He is quite acrobatic and seems to really enjoy playing on his back on the bottom of the cage. His sisters like to pounce on him when they catch him upside down and vulnerable. He takes it like a man though. :-)
