Ingredients: Buckwheat, Amaranth, Sunflower Seeds, Steel Cut Oats, Millet, Red Split peas, Pumpkin Seeds, Quinoa, Wheat Kernels, Mustard Seeds, Dill Seeds, Rice, Whole Flax seed.

Sprouting instructions: Rinse and Soak in water for 4 to 6 hours. A few drops of GSE can be added to the soaking water if desired. Pour mix into a fine mesh colander and rinse well. Keep mix in colander and rinse every 6 to 8 hours. Sprouts are when tiny tails appear on seeds. Hint: Cover colander with a damp cloth to keep mix moist and in the dark. Keep in fridge when sprouts appear. Feed within 3 to 5 days. Add Fruits and or Vegetables to mix if desired. Please note that the Flax seeds will make the soaking water slightly gelatinous.
Cooking instructions: Add 1 part mix to 2 parts boiling water and simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Watch carefully and stir often. Cooked mix can be frozen. Hint: For flavor enhancement add spices such as Cinnamon or Garlic during boiling.
